Delivery / Shipping Policy

Sarafa.pk delivers digital API access instantly and, where jewelry checkout is enabled, facilitates physical delivery via the listing shop. This policy describes both flows.

1. Digital Delivery — API Subscriptions

After successful gateway payment in PKR, your API key is generated instantly and shown in Developer Dashboard → API Access.
You also receive a confirmation email at your registered address with transaction ID, plan, PKR amount, and key prefix.
Delivery is complete when the key is visible in the dashboard and usable for the paid endpoints. No shipping is involved.
If the key does not appear within 5 minutes after a successful payment, contact zubyrbutt@gmail.com with transaction ID — we provision manually within 2 business hours.

2. Physical Delivery — Jewelry Orders

Products are sold by individual verified jewelers listed on Sarafa.pk. Prices are displayed in PKR.
When you order a jewelry item that has gateway checkout enabled, you pay in PKR; the shop receives the order and confirms stock/making time.
Ready-stock items: dispatch within 2–5 business days within Pakistan via courier (TCS, Leopard, or shop partner). Cash on Delivery is not combined with prepaid gateway orders.
Custom/made-to-order items: timeline stated on the product (typically 7–15 business days). You will be updated via phone/WhatsApp/email.
Shipping cost, if any, is shown at checkout in PKR before payment. Otherwise, delivery is free / included as noted by the shop.
Delivery confirmation: tracking number (if courier) or shop contact for pickup/in-store collection. On delivery, verify weight, purity, and item condition.

3. Confirmation Delivered at Checkout

You see an order summary in PKR (item, quantity, PKR total, merchant: Sarafa.pk) before paying.
You pay on the secure gateway page.
You land on a confirmation page with reference/transaction ID (printable) and receive an email receipt from zubyrbutt@gmail.com domain.
For APIs: key is ready. For jewelry: seller contacts you to confirm delivery details.

4. Service Area

Digital APIs are delivered globally (online). Physical jewelry delivery is currently within Pakistan. International shipping is by arrangement — contact zubyrbutt@gmail.com for a PKR quote.
