Account data (name, email, phone, hashed password), login and usage activity, device/location (if permitted), support correspondence, and transaction metadata (amount in PKR, reference ID, plan/product, timestamps). Full card/bank details are entered on and handled by the payment gateway — Sarafa.pk does not store card numbers or CVV.
To operate and secure the site, validate and display listings in PKR, issue API keys after payment confirmation in PKR, send receipts/confirmations, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
Checkout is handled by a PCI-compliant gateway. We share only the minimum needed (amount in PKR, order reference, email) to authorize the charge. Gateway provider processes the payment and returns a success/failure callback with transaction ID.
