Sarafa.pk provides (a) free live gold/silver rates, charts, and calculators; (b) a jewelry marketplace where verified shops list products with images, specs, and prices in PKR; and (c) paid API subscriptions for programmatic access to market data.
All products and API plans display prices in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) — e.g., Rs. / PKR 4,999. International customers are also charged in PKR; banks may show a converted equivalent.
Users must provide accurate registration data. Shop approvals and product activations are subject to admin review. Pending or rejected items are hidden from public listings.
Payments are processed via our integrated payment gateway in PKR only. The gateway is used solely to collect:
At checkout you see item, quantity, PKR total, and merchant name (Sarafa.pk) before being taken to the secure gateway page. You receive a confirmation page with transaction/reference ID and an email receipt. For full flow, see How it Works and Pricing.
API subscriptions: 7-day refund if no successful API calls were made; otherwise non-refundable for the current billing period — you may cancel to stop renewal. Jewelry: ready-stock returns within 3 days if item materially differs; custom pieces are non-returnable unless defective. All refunds are issued in PKR to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Details at Refund Policy.
Digital API keys are delivered instantly in your Developer Dashboard and via email. Physical jewelry is shipped by the listing shop within 2–5 business days (ready-stock) or as stated for custom pieces. See Delivery Policy.
We collect limited account, login, and usage data to operate the service and process payments. Payment details are handled by the gateway provider. See Privacy Policy.
